Who is behind CyberHQS
CyberHQS is run by Ghulam Rasool (Gr), a cybersecurity engineer in Australia. Day to day that means security operations on the Microsoft stack, email security, identity and hardening work in critical-infrastructure environments. The tools here come from that work: they check the things that go wrong in real deployments.

How the checker handles your data
- There are no accounts and nothing to install.
- A domain check runs on the CyberHQS server, which asks Google and Cloudflare public DNS (over HTTPS) for the domain's records. The domain name is the only thing they see. Nothing is sent to the domain's own mail servers.
- MailTwin keeps no history of the domains you check. Like any website, the hosting server's access logs record the addresses requested, for a limited time.
- The site uses no cookies and no analytics. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser.
How results are worked out
Every finding comes from live DNS and links to the record behind it. SPF is evaluated to RFC 7208, DMARC to RFC 7489 and its successor RFC 9989, and the Australian checks to the ASD Information Security Manual. The scoring rules are published with every report.
Use the results as guidance
The checker explains what each record does and what to change, but every organisation's email setup is different. Check changes with whoever manages your DNS and email before you enforce a stricter policy.
