What’s included in a study kit?
Each kit includes a practice test bank, structured study notes covering every exam domain, and a list of recommended books and free resources. You study at your own pace.
How do the 1-on-1 classes work?
Classes are live, online, and one-on-one — $50 USD per hour. Email info@cyberhqs.com with what you want to work on, we agree a time, and meet online. You can book a single session or regular weekly classes.
Do I need any experience to start?
No. Security+ and AZ-900 are designed for beginners. If you’re unsure where to start, book one session and I’ll map your path based on your background.
Which certification should I do first?
For most people: Security+ first, then CySA+ or SC-200 depending on whether you want a general analyst path or a Microsoft-stack SOC path. AZ-900 is a great lightweight add-on for cloud fundamentals.
Do you provide exam vouchers?
No — you purchase the exam directly from CompTIA or Microsoft. I help you get ready to pass it the first time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment details are confirmed by email when you book. Pricing is in USD ($50/hour for classes).
What timezone are classes in?
I’m based in Australia (AEST) but schedule flexibly for students worldwide. Include your timezone when you email.
Can you help with job hunting too?
Yes — coaching sessions can cover resume review, interview prep, and a realistic plan for landing your first cybersecurity role.
What’s your refund policy?
If a live class doesn’t happen, you don’t pay. For study kits, contact info@cyberhqs.com and we’ll sort it out fairly.
